Description
-----------

This algorithm is useful for removing unwanted spectra using masks. If `MaskWorkspace`
is provided it is used to select the spectra to remove. Otherwise the internal mask
in the `InputWorkspace` is used.

Usage
-----

**Example - ExtractUnmaskedSpectra**

    # Mask 10 spectra
