Takes two MDHistoWorkspaces and calculates the weighted mean for each
bin. See :ref:`algm-WeightedMean` for more details on the
algorithm workings. Both inputs must be MDHistoWorkspaces, the algorithm
will not run with MDEventWorkspaces.
