Muon Analysis and Frequency Domain Analysis

- The :ref:`Muon Analysis <Muon_Analysis-ref>` and :ref:`Frequency Domain Analysis <Frequency_Domain_Analysis-ref>` GUI's can now accept the ``.nxs_v1`` extension.

- Fixed a bug that prevented non-consecutive co-added runs from being completed.
- Fixed a bug that caused a crash when using a trailing ``,`` or ``-`` and then a space.
