MsdPeters

Description

The Peters model for Mean-squared displacement fitting is defined as:

\frac{Height}{\left(1 + \frac{MSD\cdot x^2}{6 \beta}\right)^\beta}

where:
  • MSD is the mean-squared displacement
  • \beta is the inverse scale/rate parameter
  • Height is the intensity scaling

Properties (fitting parameters)

Name Default Description
Height 1.0 Height
MSD 0.05 Mean square displacement
Beta 1.0 beta
