MsdPeters

Description

The Peters model for Mean-squared displacement fitting is defined as:

\[\frac{Height}{\left(1 + \frac{MSD\cdot x^2}{6 \beta}\right)^\beta}\]
where:
  • \(MSD\) is the mean-squared displacement
  • \(\beta\) is the inverse scale/rate parameter
  • \(Height\) is the intensity scaling

Properties (fitting parameters)

Name Default Description
Height 1.0 Height
Msd 0.05 Mean square displacement
Beta 1.0 beta
