Reconstruction Scripts¶

• Extended the reconstruction scripts to support large datasets
• Improved documentation, testing and extensibility
• Fixed background correction and contrast normalisation filters
• New filters have been added, full filter list
• Parallel execution has been added for each filter
• Aggregation of images functionality added for Energy Selective imaging
• Support for Tomopy 1.0.1 added

• Design document in progress
