The Yi model for Mean-squared displacement fitting is defined as:
\mbox{Height} \cdot \left(1 + \frac{x^4 \sigma}{72}\right) \cdot e^{\left(\frac{-x^2 \cdot MSD}{6}\right)}
- where:
- MSD is the mean squared displacement
- Sigma is the standard deviation
- Height is the intensity scaling
