• New algorithm GenerateGroupingSNSInelastic to generate grouping/mapping files for SNS direct geometry instruments.

SofQW3

• New algorithm added that correctly tracks the fractional areas in the overlapping polygon rebinning.

• For areas with no data, they are now treated correctly as NaNs.
