New Features#

Added SetSampleThickness to the ISIS SANS command interface, which allows the sample thickness (in mm) stored in a data file to be overridden from a Python reduction script.
The legacy ISIS SANS reduction no longer supports the UNWRAP user file command, following the removal of UnwrapMonitorsInTOF. UNWRAP ON is now ignored with a warning.
